Andrew and Nicole Kinzler

Nicole and I are both from Little Rock and we’ve been married 19 years.  We have three kids that are super active in the community and love staying busy.  Three years ago, we started looking for land to build our dream home but all the land we found was too far out.  We wanted to live where our kids were doing life.

Some of the qualities that attracted us to Bear Den Estates were the convenient location and its proximity to where we do life, the preservation of green spaces and walking trails throughout the neighborhood, and the beauty of the bluffs and terrain.

For the house’s architecture we wanted to incorporate timeless, old-world design elements as seen in the brick corbels, dormers, and Dutch gables.  Interior open spaces foster a sense of gathering and the windows provide framed views of the natural surroundings.

We are thrilled to be here and excited to see all the new construction happening.  Community is huge for us and we feel like this neighborhood will give us an incredible community.
